Dear Mr. Rushton:

My husband and I would like to thank John Elliott ( and Bill) who came to our home on June 18th and finally solved our plumbing problem. What really impressed us was the fact that Bill and John followed up on an initial service visit made on June 17th. John and Bill cleared our plugged drain line. However, after discussing the situation, we decided we wanted YPH to do a "permanent fix" on our drainage problem. John Elliott returned the same day and put in new drain pipes. John also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. His professionalism, courtesy, and expertise are highly appreciated. Once again, we have been impressed by the integrity of YPH.
